Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr

Requirements: 5- 8 years PQE

Salary: $175,000 - 195,000 fixed per annum

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced legal generalist with a strong background in real estate or land use law. They should be comfortable navigating both state and federal regulatory frameworks, with a proven ability to quickly adapt to new areas of law and business.

Responsibilities:

• Offer legal guidance and support to senior leadership on a range of legal matters, many relating to property rights, development projects, and regulatory compliance.
• Proactively recognize emerging legal trends across operations and develop strategies to minimize risk.
• Stay up to date with relevant state and federal regulations that affect resort operations, providing support and advice to the Company’s compliance team on associated compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to help shape company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• An active state bar license is mandatory.
