What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of Pega solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Design and implement Pega applications following industry best practices and Pega Express methodology
- Guide and mentor Pega developers, architects, and business analysts on best practices and design patterns
- Oversee integrations with APIs, microservices, and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and connectors
- Drive Pega upgrades, enhancements, and cloud transformations while ensuring smooth migration strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development and architecture
- Strong experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, Kafka, DB connectors)
- Deep understanding of Pega DevOps and cloud deployment models
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification
- Pega CPDC certification
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Experience in Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP-based Pega implementations
