Base pay range

$33.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct geospatial analysis to identify and verify missing pole assets and pole identification.
2. Utilize tools such as ArcGIS Online, Map3D, Google Earth, and Lidar to validate pole asset locations.
3. Cross-check and update asset records in various Records Management Systems, including SAP, cGIS, and Circuit Mapping.
4. Analyze field-captured photographic evidence to extract and document critical asset information.
5. Compile research findings and field data to support updates and corrections in the System of Record.
6. Review and analyze work order documentation to identify key details and ensure accuracy.
7. Investigate discrepancies between digital records and actual field conditions, providing recommendations for corrections and data integrity improvements.

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of five years of experience using Microsoft Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and IF statements.
2. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate project coordination.
3. Strong spatial analysis skills, including map reading, direction interpretation, and multi-source data evaluation.
4. At least five years of experience in problem identification, root cause analysis, solution assessment, and issue tracking.
5. Experience in technical writing, process documentation, and workflow mapping.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science, with a focus on GIS.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Five or more years of experience working with GIS and mapping applications such as AutoCAD Map 3D, ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, or ESRI.
2. Background in the public utility sector with operational experience.
3. Familiarity with Records Management Systems like SAP, ESRI, ArcGIS, and SAS.
4. Proficiency in using business applications to develop and edit reports, graphs, and presentations.
