AI Engineer

Required Skills:

• Python/Pyspark, Java programming
• Experience building UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular)
• Knowledge of and experience implementing knowledge graphs (ideally Neo4j) in production solutions
• Implemented GraphRag in AI/ML products deployed to production to improve LLM response
• Public Cloud experience (ideally Azure)

As an AI Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying world-class Decision Intelligence and AI-enabled products for our customers. These solutions have far-reaching impacts across aspects including patient care, team member and patient experience, clinical and back-office operations, and system financial health. You will work as part of a product team with other engineers, data scientists, architects, product managers, and product designers. You will also share in the responsibility for our products achieving the target outcomes for the business problems they are meant to solve. As such, you will be a key player in the continuous Product Discovery and Product Delivery lifecycles to ideate, prototype, launch, learn, and increasingly improve each iteration of our products. As a senior-level AI Software Engineer, you will mentor other engineers in software development best practices and exemplify a sense of product ownership, value in creativity and exploration, and a positive, “get to yes” attitude.
