Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $38.00/hr

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India.

We Are Seeking a highly motivated Products/Systems Analyst to collaborate with business and technology teams to drive system enhancements, gather and analyze business requirements, and support the development and deployment of cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, data warehousing, and SQL, along with experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, risk assessment, testing, and deployment.
• Gather business requirements that impact technology systems and work with technology partners to develop solutions through the technology change process.
• Prepare documentation, workflow diagrams, and reports for management.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT teams to define when user stories are complete.
• Participate in backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning.
• Execute test scripts developed in design and implementation phases.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Product Management/Product Development, working on cloud-based projects.
• Solid experience with Database Management and Data Warehousing.
• High proficiency in SQL is required.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, New Relic, AWS, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $28 - $38 /per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
