Description:
You will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to drive the success of our software development team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you’ll write scalable, high-quality code while mentoring developers, ensuring successful project delivery, and fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

In this role, you will:
- Develop Solutions: Write, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable code to meet project requirements.
- Lead the Team: Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and facilitate technical design discussions.
- Collaborate: Partner with Product Managers, stakeholders, and other teams to align development with business goals.
- Innovate Processes: Identify opportunities to improve development workflows and team productivity.
- Deliver Results: Ensure timely and successful project completion, maintaining high coding standards and efficiency.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in full-stack development, cloud computing, API integration, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).
- Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring teams, driving best practices, and leading technical discussions.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
- Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Collaboration & Communication: The ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role within a development team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $120,000.00/yr. Full benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401k w/match, and more!). They do offer a semi-annual bonus that is around $2,500 related to company performance.
Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Auburn, IN.
