Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer. This position is for a ServiceNow developer who will be in charge of implementing new forms, workflows, flows and/or scripting in order to produce a working process for customer use. A ServiceNow developer is responsible for the ServiceNow platform of an organization, which supports IT service management to automate business processes. The role involves designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $67 - $77 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering form / workflow / flow / scripting implementation, development testing on work implemented as well as performing code reviews on work done by other developers.
Experience Requirements:
- ServiceNow training and Certifications
- Knowledge of Discovery and CMDB, including best practices for managing and scaling the CMDB
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult including providing options with pros, cons and risks around key technical decisions during design and implementation
- Strong organizational skills and understanding of the Project Management lifecycle
- A minimum of 3 to 5 Years of working experience in ServiceNow app development and experience with areas such as: Service Portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and CMDB
- Experience with Workflow / Flow designer
- Expert level understanding of ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities
- Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, XML)
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain federal security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused attitude and ability to deal with ambiguity - Proven team player and team builder
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
