What's the opportunity?

The Integrated Campaign team is core to our demand generation efforts that drive business impact and align to our strategic goals. As the Integrated Campaign Manager, Events you will be responsible for owning, developing, and executing campaigns that drive attendance and engagement for Intercom’s largest events. In this role, you’re highly cross functional – working closely with the Brand Activations team who produces Intercom’s largest events, you will be responsible for creating and executing the audience acquisition and promotion strategies across all marketing and sales channels. You will work with product marketing, content, social, field marketing, sales, and creative to design integrated campaigns that engage with customers and prospects and ultimately generate business. You have a proven track record of being data-driven, operational in your approach and leading innovative campaigns to success.

The ideal candidate is skilled in defining a complete audience acquisition journey and can lead complex multi-channel promotional efforts in tight partnership with a cross-functional team. You enjoy building and scaling demand generation programs in a fast-paced collaborative environment. You are skilled at orchestrating an integrated campaign, and have a proven track record of hitting registration and pipeline goals.

What will I be doing?

  • Pre-event and Post-event Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive attendance to Intercom’s largest events. Create thoughtful post-event campaigns which continue to drive engagement and convert pipeline.
  • Project Management: Manage the end-to-end campaign process including planning, execution, and tracking of tactical execution. Ensure all campaign deliverables are aligned to channels and objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, including funnel metrics to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead Follow-up & Funnel metrics: Manage the post-event process for lead routing and pipeline progression. Monitor and report on funnel metrics to inform campaign strategy.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with cross functional teams including sales, PMM, content, field and brand to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives to maximize impact.
  • Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation and other best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

What Skills Do I Need?

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience at a B2B technology company. Industry experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns for large-scale events that generate pipeline.
  • Writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms with brand voice and conversion in mind across multiple campaign channels.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of funnel metrics and their impact on campaign strategy.
  • Project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using automation and analytics platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach.
  • Past experience in event planning and management of event software platforms is preferred.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $120,250 - $177,375. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
