Job Description

Overview

Our long-term client relationship with NASA has led to a need for a Flight Plan Integrator - Human Space Flight on the Human Space Flight Technical Integration (HSFTIC) contract at Johnson Space Center (Houston, TX).

Join the dynamic team at Barrios Technology as a Flight Planning Integrator on our Human Space Flight Integration Contract (HSFTIC) Mission Integration and Utilization (MI&U) Team. In this role, you will support a team as they expand the boundaries of humanity through exploration focused on Low Earth Orbit (LEO), and ultimately to the Moon and beyond in support of NASA Human Spaceflight activities.

As a Flight Plan Integrator, your primary role is to create and maintain integrated products, including vehicle traffic and significant milestones, for the International Space Station (ISS) Program. The MI&U team provides support to the ISS Program and will extend support to the Orion, Gateway, Commercial LEO Destinations (CLDP), Extravehicular Activity and Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP) programs, and more. This team plays an integral role in ensuring the ISS continues to operate safely, its crewmembers are able to live and conduct world-class research, and a robust commercial marketplace is being fostered in LEO. LEO commercialization is a key factor in allowing NASA to focus full speed ahead on returning to the Moon, establishing a sustainable lunar presence, and preparing for future missions to Mars.

Building on more than four decades of experience in providing innovative integration solutions for government and commercial space programs, Barrios offers an extensive range of engineering, software, and related technology integration services in support of the aerospace community. As a woman-owned and operated small business, we are a people-focused company that supports professional development while working to ensure that you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
