Job Description

First State Bank is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer at our Scottsdale location. If you have Mortgage Lending experience, then you may be a great fit!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Combine all the attributes of a progressive mortgage banker with the values and services of a local, hometown community lender.
  • Perform all duties required of a Mortgage Loan Officer by following policies and procedures set forth by First State Bank.
  • Require a diverse set of products, services, and technology to compete and win in an increasingly competitive environment.
  • Understand and offer a variety of loans including FHA, VA, Rural Housing, MHDC, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA, FHLMC, Portfolio loans, Bridge Loans, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
  • Approach their business with confidence to help them succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • 5 years of experience as a Residential Mortgage Lender preferred.
