Roles and Responsibilities:

1. 8+ Years of experience on Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular.
2. Document the design and architecture.
3. Thoroughly review code written to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
4. Actively address defects and bugs.

Technical Skills:

1. API development: Design and implement RESTful APIs for application integration.
2. Database management: Work with relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases to design data models and optimize queries.
3. Deployment and maintenance: Manage application deployments in Kubernetes and good experience in writing Docker scripts.
4. Software design patterns: Understanding and application of design patterns for robust and scalable systems.
5. Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).
6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and holidays.
