We’re now hiring a Head of Talent to lead hiring during a critical phase of growth. This is an in-person role in San Francisco, requiring experience in scaling SaaS GTM teams at a high-growth company.

About the role

As Head of Talent, your mission will be to find and hire the top 1% of the top 1% at scale as we grow 11x over the next 12 months. You’ll lead hiring efforts across EPD, GTM, and Operations, ensuring we attract exceptional talent while maintaining the highest standards for ability, culture fit, and performance.

About you

• 5+ years in talent acquisition

• Proven success in hiring across EPD, GTM, and Operations

• Experience hiring at scale for high-growth SaaS companies

• Located in San Francisco - as a fast-growing company and team, we value working together, in person.
