Our Client, a Clinical company, is looking for an Inventory Management Coordinator for their Dublin, OH/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities: Supports Product owners on the S&AO team for several initiatives within the CHIME portfolio Help with daily product Allocation rules and Average Monthly Usage (AMU) requests from internal stakeholders in the inventory management space. For example, creating manual Allocation/AMU sales analysis, error monitoring, allocation overrides, ad hoc allocation and inventory management requests, etc. Responsible for assisting Product owners with day-to-day execution of product roadmap Heavy involvement with documenting notes and recaps from Standup calls, Working sessions, and Discovery calls Prepares tasks for the team in JIRA on decisions made from team meetings Assists with Discovery work and Epic creation Help review Business Requirements prior to Entry Amigo Work cross functionally with the internal inventory management business units and IT tech team to complete work against strategic plans Assist with product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities Help Product owners with UAT Requirements: Experience: 2-4 Years A positive attitude and excited to learn Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to details to capture all notes and decisions made during team calls Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Creative thinker with a vision Product owner and/or Inventory management experience a plus SAP experience a plus Google BigQuery and Looker experience a plus Knowledge of Agile process and principles a plus Bachelor degree Analytical/technical Outstanding communication Time management Inventory management Excel Product roadmap UAT JIRA Optimization Leadership skills Epic Healthcare Business requirements SAP Bigquery Documenting Problem-solving Operations Agile Why Should You Apply?
