Our Client, an Aerospace And Defense company, is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk for their Smithfield, PA location.
Responsibilities:

• Completes initial verification for identification and damage on incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Processes and confirms receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers.
• Processes hazardous goods in accordance with DOT requirements.
• Validates Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for incoming/outgoing chemical shipments.
• Maintains inventory of shipping supplies.
• Shipping/receiving/warehouse functions

Shipping:

• Helping package items for customer
• Picking up labels in the database

Receiving:

• Accepting delivery
• Logging into access database
• Opening to verify damage and that they got what they ordered
• Processing receipts into inventory systems

Warehouse:

• Pulling parts for kits from inventory
• Creating kits
• Putting accepted stock into inventory location

Requirements:

• Word, Excel, Outlook experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous shipping experience is preferred
