Lead a talented team of solution consultants while serving as a technical visionary for Pega's government platform capabilities. What You'll Do at Pega:

• Lead and mentor a team of solution consultants specializing in federal business, ensuring effective implementation of best practices, methodologies, and FedRAMP-compliant solutions.
• Drive the detailed discovery process in complex federal sales opportunities, leveraging your technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and understanding of government requirements.
• Create and present customized solution proposals and demonstrations that align with federal agency needs, technical requirements, and procurement processes.
• Provide strategic technical guidance during pre-sales engagements, ensuring seamless integration with existing federal systems while addressing security and compliance considerations.
• Collaborate with account executives to advance opportunities across the federal account lifecycle, from initial agency contact through the complex government procurement process.
• Drive adoption of Pega Government Platform capabilities and emerging technologies that address specific federal use cases and security requirements.

• Proven experience leading or indirectly leading solution consulting teams in enterprise software sales to federal agencies.
• Deep understanding of business applications and modern architectural principles aligned with federal IT modernization initiatives.
• Track record of successful complex solution designs and technical pre-sales engagements within the government procurement environment.
• Experience with FedRAMP-authorized cloud deployment options and integration with legacy federal systems.
• Strong background in solution architecture, case management, and user experience design with focus on government-specific requirements.
• History of building and maintaining strong client relationships at senior levels within federal agencies.
• Familiarity with federal government compliance requirements including FedRAMP, HITRUST, and security frameworks relevant to government IT systems.
