About the Role

We’re looking for a Design Director to lead creative projects that make a real difference for our clients. This is an opportunity to create some of the best work of your career, collaborating closely with the Creative Director and cross-discipline teams to generate groundbreaking ideas and distinctive and compelling creative solutions. As Design Director, you’ll lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring every piece of work meets the highest standards of craft and effectiveness. You’ll work closely with strategists, writers, and designers to create integrated programs across print, digital, and motion. Your role will involve presenting work to clients, directing teams, and mentoring designers to push creative boundaries. Whether it’s defining a brand’s visual identity, crafting a powerful campaign, or setting the creative vision for a major launch, you’ll bring clarity, originality, and inspiration to everything you do.

About You

The Design Director should demonstrate exceptional fundamentals in design and showcase an ability to shape both strategy and creative output. Highly collaborative, ideas-driven, and fearless in being hands-on, you will translate a single-minded idea into a 360 solution. As much of the work spans various outputs and channels, a portfolio showcasing brand activations across events, digital, motion, print, and more is key. The candidate should have a digitally native mindset and a desire to innovate beyond static presentations, adapting to the evolving needs of modern branding.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $150,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
