Collaboration: Working closely with the Managing Director (account management lead)

Team Management: Managing a team of 4 designers, a Copywriter, and a Senior Motion Designer

Design Collaboration: Working with multidisciplinary designers (graphic design, motion, digital, type, production, etc.)

Skills Required:

1. Fluent in building brand systems
2. Experience in CPG/Packaging with depth of experience beyond packaging: institutions/fashion/events, etc.

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000
