Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring the highest level of service while consistently looking for ways to add value.
- Sales & Forecasting: Lead efforts to meet and exceed existing and net new sales budgets and forecasts. Effectively manage account planning, ensuring accurate sales projections and a robust strategy for achieving revenue targets.
- Business Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts by understanding client needs, offering solutions, and expanding the brand's influence across their portfolio.
- New Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and with new clients. Network and build relationships within the beauty, influencer, and experiential industries to drive revenue.
- Client Solutions Expert: Act as a thought leader, anticipating client needs and presenting forward-thinking solutions without waiting for direction. Educate clients on market trends and new possibilities to help guide their product development and marketing strategies.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with internal teams (product development, production, creative, and operations) to ensure the flawless execution of client projects. Lead discussions, offer clear direction, and manage expectations across all phases.
- Communication & Negotiation: Maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders—both internal and external. Negotiate pricing and deliverables to meet both client and company expectations.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs for client projects and regularly track performance to ensure account growth. Report results and insights to leadership and make data-driven decisions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive activity, and market insights within beauty, influencer, and experiential sectors. Share knowledge with clients to keep them ahead of the curve.
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally within the beauty, influencer, or experiential industries.
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts and winning new business.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a history of creating and executing innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to lead difficult conversations and navigate complex situations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing high-volume communication with external partners.
- Strong familiarity with industry trends in beauty, influencer marketing, and experiential marketing.
- Hyper-organized with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Salary: $120,000-$140,000
