Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Specialist - Procurement

About Us: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our procurement processes using Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will work closely with business-side users, including procurement teams, to ensure seamless operations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Serve as the technical expert on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Provide guidance and support for system updates, upgrades, and enhancements.

Ticket Management:

• Oversee testing and validation for tickets before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage and prioritize tickets, working closely with the manager to streamline processes.
• Work with business-side users, such as procurement teams, to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with Apps and Associates for maintenance and manage their activities effectively.
• Assist in the implementation of Oracle contract drafting functionality.
• Support the development and utilization of Smart Forms.
• Build out and maintain the supplier database.

Procurement Optimization:

• Explore and implement Oracle sourcing functionalities to replace external bid hosting.
• Provide training and support to end-users using the guided learning tool.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to manage system updates and enhancements.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing tickets and working with external maintenance contractors.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Contract Purchase Agreements and Smart Forms.
• Knowledge of supplier database management and Oracle contract drafting functionality.
• Understanding of Oracle sourcing and guided learning tools.

Compensation: $65-80/hr
