Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry / Inventory Analyst to assist with the transition of our Bill of Materials (BOM) to our new ERP system. The ideal candidate will work closely with the purchasing manager and act as a liaison between the purchasing and implementation teams. This role is 100% computer-based and requires advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the purchasing and implementation teams
  • Run point with creation of new Excel and BOM file
  • Transfer all Bill of Materials (BOM) data to the Excel files
  • Enter and update part numbers and descriptions into the PDM vault and Excel
  • Use complex Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPS to manage and analyze data
  • Ensure accurate data configuration within Excel
  • Generate reports and analyze data to determine inventory needs
  • Collaborate with the engineering manager on day-to-day tasks
Essential Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of complex formula configuration and data configuration within Excel
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPS
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment
This role is office-based and involves working 100% on a computer. The candidate will use advanced Excel functionalities and collaborate closely with different teams to ensure smooth operations.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
