We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our growing and dynamic team. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will develop, execute, and manage our paid media strategies across all online platforms. This candidate will be responsible for coordinating paid media efforts on a local and national level. Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) marketing strategies, Google Analytics, and is proficient in conducting competitive analysis and market research. Ultimately, the role of the Paid Media Specialist is to drive high-quality traffic to our websites that results in lead generation and conversions.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize impactful digital campaigns from conception to launch
  • Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
  • Build out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
  • Coordinate the overall budget for paid media
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
  • Constantly and consistently maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
  • Perform daily account management of pay per click (PPC) accounts on Google AdWords, Bing, Paid Social, and other platforms
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better return on investment
  • Consistently track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  • Produce weekly reports for management detailing campaign performance
  • Create and test new ad campaigns to reach targeted audiences
  • Conduct thorough keyword analysis and ad copy testing to optimize performance
  • Keep informed of current PPC and SEM trends and changes with each ad platform
  • Collaborate with marketing team to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns to identify what works best
  • Proactively coordinate efforts with marketing team to align goals and maximize results
  • Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans
  • Track KPIs and produce useful reports for management
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to optimize their effectiveness
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist(at least three years of experience)
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Bing)
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc.)
  • Understanding of HTML and XML
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
  • AdWords certification is a plus
