Job Description - Software Engineer - NetSuite (250156)

Job Summary
As an IT NetSuite Administrator at Consumer Cellular, you will be responsible for the daily management, configuration, and maintenance of our NetSuite ERP system. You will ensure that the platform supports our business processes effectively, helping to drive efficiency across finance, operations, and customer service. You will work closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues, implement system improvements, and ensure the platform is always running at peak performance.

Responsibilities

  1. NetSuite Administration: Manage the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system to meet business needs.
  2. Customization & Development: Customize NetSuite to support business requirements using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
  3. System Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users, resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  4. Business Process Improvement: Work with business users to identify opportunities for improving and automating processes, ensuring the NetSuite system is continuously optimized.
  5. Data Integrity: Monitor and maintain data integrity, ensuring data accuracy and security across all NetSuite modules.
  6. Training & Documentation: Provide training and guidance to internal teams on best practices for using NetSuite. Create and maintain system documentation for reference.
  7. System Upgrades & Enhancements: Manage system updates and new feature rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  8. Integration & Support: Support the integration of NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications to streamline operations and improve data flow.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with the latest NetSuite features and functionalities (NetSuite 2020+ versions).
  2. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and best practices for security and governance.
  3. Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
  4. Experience supporting or implementing financial, supply chain, and CRM modules.
  5. 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
  6. Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules (Financials, Inventory, Order Management, CRM, etc.).
  7. Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and custom reporting.
  8. Proficiency in data management, system configurations, and third-party integrations.

Technical skills

  1. Advanced knowledge of NetSuite system administration and customization.
  2. Strong SQL skills for creating reports and extracting data.
  3. Experience with data migration and system integration.
  4. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and security best practices.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

  • Minimum Salary: $90,300
  • Maximum Salary: $121,800
