Imagine websites autonomously optimizing themselves to improve performance. You’d be building a system that teaches websites to evolve over time to increase conversions, sales, and revenue. The Generative-AI platform you’d be building would be automatically performing the work it used to take dozens of engineers, designers, and data scientists to run. We’re starting with eCommerce (a gigantic market) and expanding from there.
It’s a huge vision and this is why we’re looking for the world’s best team to make it a reality. We are well funded, at a very early stage, so this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join as a senior fullstack engineer and set the technical direction for the company.

What you’ll achieve
As a senior fullstack engineer, your immediate focus will be to design, develop and test highly scalable and reliable systems that power our platform’s features and functionalities. You’ll wear many hats and have a lot of autonomy. You will be a part of shaping and influencing the future of the team, product, and the company. We are solving a problem that hasn’t been solved before; this work will combine a lot of research alongside the development of the system. If all goes well – you’ll also shape the way websites and digital products are built in the years to come.
You will also
- Architect and build large-scale databases that explain how different websites are built, and why.
- Implement AI models that predict how existing websites should be improved.
- Architect and train LLMs.
- Implement a large-scale intelligence platform that feeds data into our AI models.
- Build a frontend (JS) experimentation framework that operates autonomously, at scale.
- Implement processes and practices to support the scaling of the development team.

Who we’re looking for
- A software craftsman – you know your stuff around code, an overall rounded professional.
- 5+ years of full-stack experience is the guideline (not a deal breaker).
- Experience leading dev teams or big projects.
- A degree or above in computer science, electrical engineering, math, or equivalent experience.
- Our tech stack is Python, JS, AWS (not a deal breaker).
- Startup experience.
- Experience training/maintaining ML models in production.
