Our Client, an Energy Services company, is looking for a Business Process Technical Architect for their Jackson, MI location.
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Business Process & Tech Architect participates in Information Technology Governance activities, innovation, strategy and continuous process improvement across the enterprise. This includes organizing, leading, and facilitating cross-BU requirements gathering, process design, improvement and re-engineering initiatives that can encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign. The incumbent will have an understanding of the scope of IT services and products, and review of related technical and process operations for the purposes of improvement and optimization. Perform data analysis, technical analysis, risk and performance reporting on asset, vendor, risk, program lifecycle data and architecture services. Leads and supports efforts to improve data quality, technical operations, cost & process optimization, planning and stakeholder collaboration, stakeholder expectations and continuously improve costs and services. Liaising with cross functional teams and departments utilizing effective communication and change management methods with stakeholders and owners.
- Provide efficient and accurate functioning of document lifecycle retention management, data repositories and processes including SharePoint, and team sites/libraries lifecycle management for the IT department.
- Develop varied charts and diagrams to enable a view of current or future state.
- Develop systems and architectural diagrams and flows.
- Development of use cases that drive business value and enable technology decisions.
- Use strong leadership and influence to provide direction and accomplish sprint, project and organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide factual executive quality presentations utilizing complex situations and data to support points of view, options and proposals supported by logical conclusions.
- Be a Change Agent actively manage through the change lifecycle; support and drive while confronting difficult circumstances in creative ways.
- Utilize negotiation, influencing and consulting skills to drive genuine collaboration and results. Plan and facilitate stakeholder collaboration to drive continuous improvement and optimization of costs and services. Evaluate decisions with a customer focus; build strong customer relationships to enable a unified stakeholder viewpoint.
- Perform standard and complex detail analytical and problem-solving abilities capabilities to automate and optimized systems and processes.
- Use experience in areas of process management, project management, and performance management to optimize and rationalize the product and service lifecycles. Perform multiple, asset, process, technical and data analysis. Identify and develop opportunities for optimization, rationalization and excellence providing reasoning and justification for improvements to the process and technology capabilities.
Requirements: - Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing business capabilities, value streams, business processes, and organizational structures.
- Knowledge of existing, new and emerging technologies and ability to practically apply them to new business designs and business models to achieve targeted business outcomes.
- Ability to analyze project and product needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives and solve problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Teams, Power BI.
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated process improvement and implementation skills.
- 4 - 7 years Experience developing test plans, test cases and performing user testing and implementation readiness. Demonstrated experience optimizing processes and systems including usage of standard illustration tools.
