Title: Corporate Development Analyst

Company Summary : We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Development Analyst to join a tight knit, Private Equity backed team in the DMV area specializing in Healthcare/Vet Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for the origination and execution of M&A transactions.

Corporate Development Analyst Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets
• Prepare financial models and valuations
• Prepare and present pitch books
• Assist with the due diligence process
• Manage the deal process from origination to execution

Corporate Development Analyst Requirements

• 1 year in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, TAS or Private Equity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
