Contract Duration: 9+ Months

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 7+ years of a proven hands-on development experience in Financial Services industry
2. 3+ years in a Technical Lead role
3. Experience with Database Design and Optimization
4. Experience with Microservices APIs
5. Experience leading the development of full stack software solutions involving front end, middleware, and backend
6. Experience in technical managing of project teams
7. Experience in working in Agile projects with good knowledge in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
8. Experience with high-performance, distributed computing environments
9. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
10. Proactive working attitude, quick learning ability, strong ownership and responsibility, good communication skills, and team spirit

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Lead the development of full stack software solutions involving front end, middleware, and backend.
2. Responsible for overseeing DB Design and Optimization.
3. Work in Agile projects using good knowledge in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
4. Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
5. Resolve a variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
6. Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
7. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
8. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals.
9. Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
10. Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
