Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Senior Tax Manager role will possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax manager or similar role, with a strong focus on compliance, client advisory, tax review, and federal & state tax. 3. In-depth knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns. 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Outstanding client service skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8. Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
