Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Process new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and employee changes.
- Support payroll processing by gathering and reviewing timekeeping information.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation.
- Help with HR projects, compliance initiatives, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related matters.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for internal use.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (entry-level to mid-level).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
