HR Assistant Needed in Newbury Park (in-office)
Pay Range: $25 - $28/hour (negotiable)

Hours: Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm (flexible)
Term: Temp-to-Hire
MUST HAVES:
- HR experience in a construction, or similar environment
- 2+ years of hands-on HR experience
- Strong experience with Work Comp, Safety, and Employees Relations
- Safety Audits experience preferred
- Knowledge of Benefits and/supporting annual enrollment is important
- Experience with new hire onboarding, orientation
- Google Docs, MS Office highly proficient and great typing skills
- Offer Letters, Background Tests, Benefits, LOA, FMLA, 401k experienced
- Long-term minded
- Bilingual Spanish
Duties:
- Onboarding
- Safety / EHS audits on-site
- Regulatory compliance paperwork
- HR Data Entry
- Reporting and walking employees through claims, injuries,
- Work Comp Claims Management
- Assisting with Benefits questions
- Other Duties to be assigned
