Job Description

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, chronologies, and trial preparation materials.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation, including electronic databases.
  • Assist with e-discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production.
  • Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Communicate with clients, court officials, and outside counsel.
  • Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial logistics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification required.
  • 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Proficiency in litigation software and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
