Spruce Mountain Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Class Action Litigation Paralegal for a prominent client in the area of Class Action law (always have ongoing PI/Worker's Comp paralegal roles too). The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, e-filing, assists attorneys in handling cases related to injuries caused by accidents, negligence, or other wrongful acts. Your role is vital in helping attorneys prepare cases, interact with clients, and manage legal documents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Litigation Class Action OR Mass Tort Paralegal (Worker's comp is great also)
• Trial experience is preferred
• Federal court proceedings
• Person understands Colorado civil rules and federal laws
• E-file experience
• Can handle large case loads

Pluses (for PI specifically)

• Medical records- medical chronology exp
• CRCP - Colorado rules of civil procedure
