About the Role:

The ideal candidate will assist a partner in all stages of plaintiff personal injury litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable drafting pleadings, conducting research, client contact, case management, scheduling depositions, negotiating liens with physicians, preparing discovery, and handling a personal injury caseload from inception to settlement.

Responsibilities:

• Legal fact and basic legal research
• Assist with case management
• Organize and electronically file pleadings
• Coordinate and schedule calendars
• Negotiating liens
• Handling Closing documents for settlements
• Scheduling legal proceedings

Qualifications:

8+ years as a Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal

Paralegal certification is a plus but not a requirement

Ability to work overtime
