Our client, a dynamic team of two accomplished investors and entrepreneurs, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support across multiple business ventures including investment and Venture Capital initiatives, and additional entrepreneurial ventures. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
***The role will be part-time, 20 hours per week in the office in the afternoons in Los Altos with additional remote work flexibility based on the Founders’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for executives.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, coordinating logistics, and arranging meals.
- Handle timely and responsive communication via email, Slack, text, and phone.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Maintain various records and documents for the executives.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as printing, mailing, copying, filing, and message handling.
- Support special projects as needed across multiple business ventures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives or teams in a professional setting.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a resourceful, can-do attitude.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Comfortable interacting with high-level executives and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Pay Range:
$40/hr - $53/hr
