Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure smooth facility operations
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime
• Oversee equipment maintenance , troubleshooting, and repairs
• Implement and manage a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades or process optimizations
• Coordinate with other departments to support production needs

Qualifications:

• Equipment Maintenance expertise – Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and equipment troubleshooting
• Supervisory skills – Ability to lead, train, and manage maintenance staff
• Preventive Maintenance knowledge – Skilled in planning and executing maintenance programs
• Maintenance Management – Experience managing maintenance workflows and systems
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Ability to assess issues and implement effective solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Technical certifications or training in maintenance-related fields (preferred)
