Hours : 8am - 5pm

*Fully Onsite

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up for events and catering
• Assist with facilities and reception coverages as needed
• Sort mail and packages
• Maintaining a neat and stocked office space
• Coordinating with vendors and building security
• Assist with in office events
• Ad hoc projects as necessary

Qualifications:

• Professional and strong communication skills
• Well-organized and strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
