Company Overview

Jeisys Medical is an industry leader in medical aesthetic devices, specializing in Class 2 products like microneedling, laser therapy, and energy-based systems. Recently acquired by ARCHIMED, Jeisys is positioned for substantial growth, particularly in the U.S. market. The company is now looking to hire a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to provide field service activities to Jeisys customers across the country.


Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the FSE is responsible for the servicing of Jeisys machines installed in customers across the US. Partnering with our third-party service providers, you will to ensure fulfillment of the company’s service promise to customers and drive revenue through contract sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Field Service to the Jeisys install base in the US as needed and coordinate with third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of service to customers
  • Drive contract sales and third-party service efforts in order to increase sales revenue and profitability
  • Input all Field Service (FS) call reports into database to ensure a timely turnaround and satisfactory service, ensuring information delivered in timely fashion to Services Manager
  • Interface with third-party service groups to ensure they adhere to the same SOPs as Jeisys direct FSEs
  • Organize and participate in field service training
  • Manage service parts inventory to meet customer needs while striving to achieve set inventory turn goals
  • Offer FS support to local customers and cover other territories as needed
  • Handle other tasks as requested


Experience:

  • 5+ years managing of related experience in technical service management for a capital equipment company, preferably in medical aesthetic devices
  • Experience working in a global company, preferred
