Hays Facilities Management are partnered with leading commercial real estate owner in Allentown, PA to hire a Building Engineer.

Your new role

The job duties of the Building Engineer will include, among others:

- Oversight of all MEP related to the building, PMs, equipment logs, etc.

- Conduct walkthroughs and work with site maintainers on general maintenance

- Oversee incoming 3rd party vendors performing work at the site

- Work with the onsite Property Manager on resolution of tenant inquiries

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

- About 3–6 years of experience on a commercial asset (Strong preference for Medical/Healthcare building experience)

- Certifications like EPA Universal or HVAC refrigeration are highly preferred

- Strong computer skills are highly preferred (MS Office, etc.)

What you'll get in return

Hourly rate $35-$40, plus benefits
