Your new company

Our client is an ambitious, friendly, team orientated rapidly growing mid-size General Contractor based in the East Bay San Francisco. They specialize in multifamily market rate & student housing projects. Having recently secured funding for a number of student housing projects they currently have an opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer to join the team to support a project based in Berkley, California.

Your new role

As the successful Senior Project Engineer supporting wood-frame student housing projects your key task will be to support the Project Management team to manage specific field tasks overseeing sub-contractors and vendors as well as paperwork tasks such as processing RFIs, submittals & change orders.

What you'll need to succeed

The position requires at least 3-4 years construction experience with ideally some multifamily projects. A wood structure background is most attractive. You must be a team orientated individual who enjoys collaborating with your other project team members to complete your tasks.
