Job Description:
We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Imaging Quality Control (QC) team, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data in the imaging process. This role involves managing and optimizing processes for image and data ingestion, validation, and reporting, while also mentoring a team of 5 direct reports. The Operations Manager will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency and enhance quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and supervise the Imaging QC team.
- Oversee daily, historical, and special project data intake and image processing.
- Ensure the accuracy of data and image deliverables, and optimize reporting processes.
- Identify issues and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Develop, report on, and manage the onboarding of new imaging and datasets into data repositories.
- Measure and improve quality and productivity metrics for the team.
- Design and implement solutions for future business, people, and technology needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication on project progress and outcomes.
- Support corporate decision-making with accurate reporting and data insights.
- Partner with the Automation team to continuously improve processes and systems.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in leading operations and managing teams in a technological environment.
- Strong skills in work management, project management, and process improvement in a data-driven setting.
- Basic SQL understanding (familiar with ETL, FTP, data integrity, and integration).
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Title industry or imaging experience is a plus but not required.
