We have partnered with a growing manufacturing company who is looking for an experienced Call Center Manager. This is a customer-focused organization dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support. We are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to lead a team of 20+ employees, drive operational excellence, and foster a high-performing and engaged work environment.


Call Center Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 20+ call center agents to achieve performance goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, call quality, and resolution times
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and generate reports to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop training programs and career development opportunities for employees
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards

Call Center Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing a call center team of 20+ employees
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and improve performance metrics
  • Experience in developing training programs and career development plans
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • 5 years of proficiency in call center software and CRM systems
