Job Description:

• Assist guests entering the NBT Bank Stadium parking lots for Syracuse Mets home games & extra events
• Direct guests to best available parking spaces to help maintain a well-parked lot
• Keep flow of traffic moving consistently & fill parking lot in most efficient way
• Event Parking Attendants are expected to stay for the duration of the game & upon exit, assist guests leaving by directing cars to exits & keep flow of traffic moving to maintain safety
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Provide excellent customer service to guests at NBT Bank Stadium
  • Answer questions to the best of your ability or help find the answer
  • Provide directions to different locations around NBT Bank Stadium
  • Provide assistance for any other need that may arise
• Assist in all other duties as needed

*Event Parking Attendants are part of the Local 200 union at NBT Bank Stadium - all event parking attendants will have union dues deducted from their paycheck ($3/day)
