We are looking for an ERP Analyst to work for our client headquartered on the East Side of Cleveland. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and configure ERP solutions accordingly.
• Analyze and resolve ERP-related issues, providing technical and functional support.
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and integrations with other business applications.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure ERP compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for ERP processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of business processes related to finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP configurations, reporting tools, and troubleshooting.
• SQL and data analysis experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
