Job Responsibilities

1. Having 8+ yrs. of experience in analyzing Business Requirements Documents to get a better understanding of the systems and create Test Strategies, Test plans, Test cases and assist offshore/Near Shore team members.
2. Having 6+ yrs. participate in Requirements, Design, Development, and Testing Sessions.
3. Having 4+ yrs. in analyzing project scope and preparing test execution plans for sprint releases.
4. Involve in the preparation of Test plan, Test Strategy, and Estimation documents as and when needed.
5. Involved in the discovery phase from scratch doing requirements analysis and preparing test scope documents, and implementation test plan along with the project team by coordinating with multiple legacy teams.
6. Participate in scrum meetings and make sure there is no blocker or dependency to start the regression testing.
7. Coordinate with offshore QA team and onsite team to track the execution status communicate to project leadership team and raise risks along with mitigation plan.
8. Split technical tasks between the team members and execute as per the project plan.
9. Review the peer’s task regularly and ensure it meets the project quality deliverables.
10. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project.
11. 4+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams in case of any blocker from web service or another third-party environmental issue.
12. Having experience in developing and writing high-quality coding that meets customer requirements in Web/Mobile/API platforms based on the project need.
13. Create/review BDD feature files for both iOS and Android apps.
14. Having 6+ yrs. of experience in coordinating with QA and business teams for system integration and UAT testing.
15. Work closely with peer developers and QA team members to ensure the overall quality of solutions.
16. Coordinate with the Integration test teams in planning and executing the end-to-end QA and product testing.
17. Follow agile/scrum methodology for software development and reporting updates and progress.
18. Experience with Automation test frameworks - Selenium for web automation and Appium, Playwright for mobile app automation. Nice to have experience with similar frameworks and tools.
