Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Responsibilities

• The Release Manager will participate in Sprint Planning to coordinate and prepare changes for release, taking the lead in organizing release planning sessions.
• Coordinate and manage cross functional releases for up to 5 sprint teams.
• Document and manage deployments to the UAT and Stage environments.
• The Release Manager will supervise Production environment deployments.
• Create and maintain a monthly release calendar.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Azure, Microsoft Project).
• Experience with Agile planning and estimation techniques.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
