As the Business Associate you will play a vital role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our valued advisors. You will work closely with the Advisor Engagement team to support and enhance the engagement and satisfaction of our advisors. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support to our advisor network, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Provide business management support to senior leadership
• Analyze the business performance of assigned advisor practices to identify key drivers of growth and opportunities for increased operational effectiveness
• Leverage large datasets to develop insights and drive business outcomes
• Steer continual process improvement, particularly within our business management framework, leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to scale advisor practice operations
• Update, manage, and report on multiple project trackers
• Regularly present to executive-level leaders on the status of projects, to include recommended courses of action

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance, M&A advisory, or wealth management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with a diverse range of individuals
