Title: Compliance Manager

Location: Tampa, FL

Piper Maddox is exclusively supporting a key player in the RNG sector. They are seeking a Compliance Manager to join their dynamic, fast growing team!

General Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance & Attribute Management Specialist

• Responsible for managing compliance requirements for RFS RINs, LCFS credits, RTCs, and other environmental attributes related to RNG projects.
• Ensures adherence to federal, state, and voluntary market regulations, oversees third-party audits, and monitors policy changes affecting credit markets.
• Collaborates with finance to optimize revenue from credit trading.

Data Integrity & Compliance Reporting

• Ensures accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting of fuel volumes, feedstocks, and production data.
• Manages regulatory submissions to EPA, CARB, and other agencies while coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance teams to maintain data accuracy for compliance filings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in environmental compliance, renewable fuels, or carbon markets.
• Experience with RFS RINs and/or LCFS is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Onsite - Tampa, FL
• Base: $120k - $170k base
