Job Description

*** Only qualified Deployment and Desktop Support candidates currently located in the Charlotte, NC area will be considered due to the position requiring onsite presence***

Required Skills, Experience and Abilities:

• Large scale deployments of 500+ machines preferred (2 Years)

• Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN client, Microsoft Office suite, and Windows 10 (2 Years)

• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds regularly

• Must be able to stand and move around in classroom style setting daily

Deployment and Desktop Support contractor will facilitate the refresh of hardware (laptops & desktops, peripherals, etc.) to bring equipment current with client hardware standards and security policies

Job Duties:

• Will be directly responsible for reimaging existing laptops and desktops, as well as deploying new laptops and desktops (and accompanying peripherals) at multiple locations

• Able to work without assistance, can provide limited leadership to others, able to manage medium complexity work efforts
