Job Details

Maintenance Leadership – Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventative and predictive maintenance to optimize plant performance. State-of-the-Art Equipment – Work with advanced automation, PLCs, HMIs, gearboxes, and electrical panels in a high-tech environment. Safety & Compliance – Conduct daily and weekly meetings to reinforce best practices and ensure a safe and effective working environment. Operational Efficiency – Assign tasks, manage priorities, and ensure jobs are done economically, efficiently, and safely. Technology & Reporting – Utilize SAP to track work orders, manage inventory, and generate detailed downtime reports.

What You Need to Succeed

Education & Experience – High School Diploma + 4 years of related experience, OR Associate’s Degree + 3 years, OR Bachelor’s Degree + 1 year. Technical Expertise – Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to read P&ID diagrams and technical manuals. Schedule Flexibility – Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts (days/swings/graveyard) as needed. Physical Capability – Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Supervisory Experience – Background in leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

SAP Knowledge – Experience using SAP for work orders, equipment tracking, and inventory management. Industry Expertise – Background in dairy or meat processing.
