Reputable Civil litigation law firm is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to join their team! This is an on-site full time position M-F (40 hours) a week. The schedule will go hybrid (2 days remote) after the initial 90 days.
This position primarily focuses on litigation matters in business, employment, and insurance cases. The ideal candidate with have extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation working on document organization, review, redaction of documents, and organizing exhibits for court filings. The potential candidate will be experienced with all aspects of discovery, summarizing depositions, preparing discovery responses, and analyzing medical billing.
Qualifications for this litigation paralegal position:
- BA or BS degree and a paralegal certificate from an ABA program.
- 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Experienced with E-Discovery
- Experienced with E-Discovery platform administration.
- Preparing for Trial (pre-trial pleadings, exhibit, and witness lists).
- Providing litigation support to attorneys in deposition, trial, mediation, and arbitration.
- Proficient with MS office suite, i-Manage, and Adobe acrobat pro.
