Maintenance Supervisor

A leading food & beverage manufacturing company in the area is looking for TWO Maintenance Supervisors (1st and 3rd shift) to lead their maintenance team! This is an incredible opportunity to be a leading part of transitioning the plant to a Preventive Maintenance proactive culture!

If you are have experience leading a maintenance team in a regulated environment (exposure to OSHA requirements, Food Safety, GMP, etc.) with a passion for Preventive Maintenance, this could be your next step!

The ideal candidate will have:

• PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen Bradley preferred)
• Experience with equipment optimization and increasing uptime
• Either a mechanical or electromechanical maintenance background
• Hands-on working leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
